Upon agreement to this repair order including all terms and conditions, is accepted as a complete and comprehensive description of the repair work done on this vehicle. Additional service and parts may be required. An express mechanics lien is acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto, until such time as payment has been made in full. Vehicles not paid for at time of service completion shall be charged a storage fee of thirty-five dollars per day. It is understood that you will not hold Elston Auto responsible for loss or damage to cars or articles left in cars in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control.
